Home health care worker (Permanent employment)

Full time/ 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: King City, ON
Salary: 21.00 hourly
Starts as soon as possible
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Non-smoking
Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
Work in employer’s/client’s home

Responsibilities

- Care for an elderly man with a disability. Administer bedside and personal care
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- Assist in regular exercise, e.g.,



walk
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Provide companionship
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Job Requirements

- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Security and safety: Criminal record check
- Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Personal suitability: Punctuality, Client focus, Dependability, Flexibility, Judgement, Reliability, Patience, Honesty
