Become a Junior Program Manager with Outside Looking In (OLI), empowering Indigenous youth through dance education programs. This hybrid position incorporates community dialogue and extensive travel to various remote areas in Canada.

Your role will primarily involve managing daily program operations while connecting with choreographers, volunteers, and local community leaders. This prospect is ideal for emerging leaders passionate about arts-based education and community-oriented programming.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engagement with choreographers and community members
• Coordinate logistic details for program delivery and travel
• Track participant progress and administrative reports




• Deliver workshops and community events during travel
• Manage logistics for OLI events, including the Annual Camp & Showcase

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant coordination experience
• Strong administrative and logistics skills
• Frequent travel capability to remote Indigenous communities
• Background in youth programming beneficial
• Must pass Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks

Lead impactful community initiatives that uplift Indigenous youth through the arts with Outside Looking In.
