Become an integral part of Hydro as a Business and Information Analyst. Work remotely or in hybrid arrangements while improving IT/OT processes and systems across the organization.

In this permanent role located in St. John's, you will drive the enhancement of business processes and facilitate the development of IT/OT systems. Key responsibilities include coordinating long-term planning for capital projects and supporting corporate information management initiatives, ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual OT capital budget requirements
• Document processes and recommend improvements
• Coordinate OT Roadmap maintenance with leadership




• Develop user guides and testing plans
• Serve as point of contact for ongoing IM activities

Requirements:
• University degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• Minimum seven years of industry-related experience
• Experience in business analysis and operational technology
• Familiarity with information management practices
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
