You will also focus on training associates on new platforms and improving support methodologies. Your work will directly contribute to the successful operation of various departments including Compliance, Marketing, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various departments for operational support
• Provide training for financial advisors on Pershing platform
• Identify areas for process improvements and execute changes




• Follow up diligently to ensure task completion
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the brokerage industry
• Experience as a Sales Associate or Assistant is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
