Take on a leadership role as the Transmission Asset Management Lead at EPCOR in Edmonton, Alberta. This position emphasizes strategic planning and operational performance in a full-time, permanent capacity.

As a key player in Electricity Operations, you will apply your engineering expertise to enhance system capacities and oversee asset management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include establishing performance metrics, coordinating operations across business units, and managing project execution related to capital assets. Moreover, your insights will contribute to regulatory compliance and sustainability goals set by EPCOR.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop asset operational strategies in coordination with other entities
• Ensure alignment of business plans and performance expectations




• Plan and manage operational budget requirements
• Lead business case development for General Tariff Applications
• Support EPCOR's Environmental, Social, and Governance targets

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of Transmission & Substation experience
• In-depth knowledge of transmission systems and components
• Solid grasp of financial and regulatory processes
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
