Become a System Completions Specialist with Lycopodium in Mississauga, Ontario. Play a critical role in project data management and quality assurance across multiple disciplines.

In this role, you'll report directly to the HSEQ Manager and apply your minimum three years of systems experience. You will be responsible for developing databases, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, and coordinating with project teams to track progress and enhance operational efficiency through effective data validation and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project systems databases
• Validate new tags for accuracy against engineering documentation
• Create comprehensive records for Mechanical and Piping equipment




• Support handover documentation from Construction to Start-Up
• Train project personnel on data management systems

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems management
• Relevant tertiary/trade qualification preferred
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
