As the Vice President of Tax, you'll oversee WildBrain’s global tax function, working closely with the CFO and senior finance team. This senior position emphasizes direct tax compliance, tax accounting, and planning across key jurisdictions, including Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. Your expertise will shape the company’s tax strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the global direct tax compliance calendar
• Direct external advisors for tax returns and compliance
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and reporting




• Lead consolidated income tax provision under IFRS
• Provide strategic tax planning and advice to executives

Requirements:
• CPA or equivalent required, Master of Taxation preferred
• Extensive tax experience in public-company settings
• Deep knowledge of Canadian tax and IFRS accounting
• Expertise in international tax and transfer pricing
• Solid leadership skills with experience managing external advisors
