In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on Aeroseal’s machinery, handling service, maintenance, and field installations across Europe. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in field service, especially within HVAC systems or building services. You will ensure equipment operates at peak performance while actively engaging with partners to resolve technical issues and feedback into the design process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Aeroseal technologies
• Execute precise calibration and testing on equipment




• Provide both remote and in office technical support
• Install AeroBarrier systems and troubleshoot on-site issues
• Create and maintain detailed service documentation

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in a relevant field service capacity
• Strong mechanical or electrical skills are essential
• Experience with HVAC systems is advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
• English fluency; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
