Responsibilities Design building mechanical systems including HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and utility systems
Lead and manage a team of engineering and technical professionals
Manage project delivery, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Develop technical reports, engineering documentation, and value engineering analyses
Collaborate with clients, contractors,



and project stakeholders throughout project execution
Review shop drawings, RFIs, and field observations to support construction activities
Provide technical troubleshooting and recommendations for facility mechanical systems
Ensure designs and construction activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
Requirements Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Possess 7+ years of HVAC and building mechanical design experience
Demonstrate experience leading teams and mentoring engineering staff
Show solid project management experience on multidiscipline projects
Maintain a P.Eng, CET designation, or be working towards professional registration
Demonstrate expertise with AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk design tools
Understand Canadian and industry codes including OBC, NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, CSA, and related standards
Communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environmentThis posting is for an active opening.
