DraftKings is seeking an Employee Support Specialist to own complex employee cases across Global Mobility, Immigration, and Leave Support. You will serve as the primary employee-facing case owner, guiding employees and managers through multi-step processes and coordinating with HR, Advantages, Payroll, Legal, and vendors.
You’ll manage milestones, documentation, and reporting in Workday and JustAsk, maintaining accurate case records and a high-touch employee experience.
