This role involves collaborating with the Recreation Therapist and other team members to foster the physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of the residents. You will prepare and evaluate recreational activities while ensuring safety and support for everyone involved. Your contribution ensures a safe and engaging workplace for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate residents in recreational activities
• Document resident participation and observations
• Communicate with the Interdisciplinary Team about resident needs




• Complete required safety and charting documentation
• Participate in training programs for skill development

Requirements:
• 2-year diploma in Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent
• At least one year of related experience preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and prioritize tasks
