Andrews Senior Care in Charlottetown, PEI, seeks a Director of Care (RN) to lead the opening of a new 90-bed long-term care home. You will shape the team, train staff, and implement established systems and standards from day one.
You will collaborate with the DON, GM, and senior leaders to ensure resident-first care, regulatory compliance, and performance excellence as the home launches. This is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Charlottetown.
