This leadership position reports to the Director of Virtual Care, where your experience in clinical risk management and quality assurance will be key. You will create and implement clinical risk frameworks while engaging with stakeholders to drive high standards across virtual health programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Create clinical risk management frameworks for healthcare programs
• Implement compliance with evidence-based quality standards




• Conduct clinical trial data appraisal for virtual care
• Lead teams to align with clinical standards
• Communicate effectively with technical and clinical stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing with active NP license in Canada
• Alternatively, RN with leadership experience preferred
• 7+ years in healthcare with a focus on quality assurance
• Proven ability in project management and leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
