As a senior member of our team, you’ll manage complex machining operations using state-of-the-art equipment. Your role will focus on ensuring seamless workflow across two advanced DMG machining centers while creating innovative solutions to complex challenges in machining.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operations of 6 and 9 station pallet pools
• Organize workflow to ensure machine uptime and efficiency
• Optimize and compile CNC programs for mill/turn processes
• Setup machines with tool selection and verifications
• Ensure documentation for inspections is managed properly

Requirements:
• Post-secondary training in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in advanced CNC machining
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM and inspection processes
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
