Support individuals in need as a Resident Support Worker with The Salvation Army in Calgary. This full time position involves guiding residents towards healthier lifestyle choices in a supportive workplace.
Your main responsibility will be to assist residents experiencing homelessness, managing admissions, and fostering a positive atmosphere. Collaboration with team members and external agencies will be critical as you facilitate the transition for residents back into the community. Ensure documentation is accurate for all resident interactions and handle in office safety protocols.

Requirements: • High school diploma plus relevant courses • Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search • First Aid certification, including CPR • Previous related experience preferred • Strong crisis intervention and communication skills
