In this leadership role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Information Technology, and design solutions that align with the University’s objectives. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure adherence to best practices across large-scale mission-critical systems. This is a chance to leverage your expertise in backend and front-end technologies while supporting operational applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct application design and development guidance for mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with IT Manager on resource planning and task prioritization




• Review and customize solutions with technical documentation
• Analyze business requirements, systems impact, and architecture design
• Lead documentation of best practices for development activities

Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years in diverse IT environments
• At least 5 years in application development and implementation
• Solid PHP backend development expertise
• Experience with React and UI architectures
