Hope Church Parry Sound invites a dedicated leader to guide our Adult Ministry as Associate Pastor. Focus on discipleship, community engagement, and spiritual growth while collaborating with the Lead Pastor.

This full-time role emphasizes nurturing adults in faith, creating biblical communities, and enabling individuals to discover their gifts. Responsibilities include leadership in Life Groups, teaching, pastoral care, and developing future leaders within the church.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead adult discipleship initiatives and programs
• Oversee Life Groups for community building
• Provide pastoral care and support to the congregation
• Teach biblical principles during services and seminars
• Develop training for emerging church leaders

Requirements:
• Solid relational and collaboration skills
• Experience in church leadership or ministry
• Passion for adult spiritual growth
• Ability to mentor and support individuals
