Global Talent Partners is proud to be partnering with a respected independent veterinary hospital in Tillsonburg, Ontario, to recruit an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian.

The practice is equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities, including:
Digital radiography
Digital dental X-ray
Ultrasound imaging
Comprehensive in-house laboratory
Dedicated surgical suite for routine soft tissue procedures
Modern dental equipment and preventative care services
Supported by experienced veterinarians, RVTs, veterinary assistants and client care professionals, you'll have everything needed to manage cases efficiently while working as part of a collaborative clinical team.
The Opportunity
As a Small Animal Veterinarian, you'll provide a full range of GP services across medicine, surgery and preventative healthcare, with the autonomy to manage your own cases while benefiting from the support of experienced colleagues whenever needed.
Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals
Performing routine soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures
Developing strong relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate care
Working closely with the wider veterinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Helping maintain the practice's welcoming and supportive culture
About You
A DVM (or equivalent) with eligibility for veterinary registration in Ontario
At least two years of experience in small animal general practice
Confidence managing consultations and routine surgical cases independently
Strong communication and client care skills
A collaborative attitude and commitment to high clinical standards
Work Schedule
This role offers a predictable schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30am5:00pm
Thursday: 1:00pm8:00pm
No weekend shifts
No overnight, emergency or on-call responsibilities
Salary & Benefits
Salary from approximately $130,000+ CAD, depending on experience
