Oversee daily production, packaging and dispatch operations.
Manage staffing across shifts and monitor labour efficiency, absenteeism and turnover.
Develop and improve employee skills through coaching, mentoring and training.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Monitor production efficiency, capacity, inventory accuracy and overall equipment effectiveness.
Implement asset care and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
Monitor production costs, overtime, variances and cost‑saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health and safety standards and relevant legislation.
Maintain required BRC, GFCO, Halal and Kosher certifications.




Apply root cause analysis and statistical methods to resolve production issues.
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Degree in Production Management, Engineering (BTech) or Food Technology.
Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
Understanding of relevant employment, occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
Understanding of asset care, workflow management and operational excellence.
Solid leadership, team management and problem‑solving abilities.
