The Project Manager will be responsible for every aspect of project management, including planning, compliance, and quality control. Your experience in ICI commercial construction, alongside your fluency in French, will support effective communication with diverse stakeholders. You'll also manage budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design build teams throughout project phases
• Monitor project budgets and timelines consistently
• Drive performance and quality on construction sites
• Delegate responsibilities to Site Superintendents effectively
• Ensure accurate project documentation and billing

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Building Science or related field
• Fluent in French with exceptional communication skills
• PMP designation preferred
