Join Wikwemikong Health Centre as a Maternal Child Health Nurse, supporting families and children aged 0–6 through comprehensive healthcare programs. Provide prenatal, postnatal, and neonatal care through home and office visits.

This role focuses on delivering culturally relevant and holistic Children’s Services Programs. As a Maternal Child Health Nurse, you will work collaboratively with healthcare partners to enhance child development, immunizations, and community health initiatives. Your work will ensure positive outcomes for families, empowering them to achieve optimal health and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prenatal and postnatal care at home and office
• Collaborate with community organizations for program delivery
• Plan holistic health programs for children and families




• Coordinate case management for complex family issues
• Ensure compliance with funding regulations and reporting standards

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate in Nursing or equivalent diploma
• Two years’ experience in a First Nation community
• Solid clinical assessment skills for infants and pregnant women
• Current CPR Level C and First Aid certification
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
