Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and promote Agile methodologies in teams
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage issues and mitigate risks quickly




• Coach squads to accept and embrace Agile principles
• Develop solid relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders

Requirements:
• 2-5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels
