As the Manager of Vendor Governance & Performance, you will establish a consistent governance layer across Print & Post operations. This entails developing vendor specifications, performance frameworks, and maintaining oversight through standardized SLAs and reporting. Your leadership will facilitate collaboration with Procurement while driving continuous improvement across vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop standardized vendor specifications across Print & Post
• Manage vendor performance frameworks and reporting cycles
• Establish consistency in invoice formats and data feeds




• Monitor cross-vendor performance trends and implement corrective actions
• Support vendor strategy and consolidation opportunities

Requirements:
• Proven experience in vendor governance or performance management
• Robust analytical skills in framework building
• Background in standardization efforts across suppliers
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Understanding of Print and production vendor contexts
