You will be responsible for reviewing client insurance needs and advising on appropriate coverage options, while managing daily tasks of quote preparation and policy adjustments. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate clients' insurance requirements and recommend options
• Process quotes and manage policy changes and renewals
• Ensure thorough documentation in brokerage systems




• Respond to client inquiries accurately and resolve issues

Requirements:
• Minimum Level 1 general insurance license needed
• Knowledge of EPIC & ARS considered an asset
• Solid expertise in insurance brokerage and client advisory
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
• Provincial insurance broker license required in Alberta
