Pharmasave #406 is looking for a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and answer phone inquiries professionally
- Enter, label, package, and process prescriptions under supervision
- Count, measure, and package medications accurately
- Manage inventory, receive shipments, rotate stock, and assist with audits
- Support insurance billing, prescription transfers, and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations as required

Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of retail pharmacy assistant experience
- Strong proficiency with Kroll and prescription data entry
- Knowledge of Pharmacare/insurance billing and clinical services flagging




- Pharmacy Assistant program completion is an asset
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes as needed
- Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends

Schedule

- Part-time, 16 to 24 hours per week
- Flexible shifts within store hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
