Join Office Ally as a Network Engineer and drive innovation in healthcare technology. In this hands-on role, you will manage and secure our enterprise network infrastructure across diverse environments.
As a vital part of Office Ally, this role requires expertise in managing firewalls, load balancers, and office network configurations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure productive and secure network operations while adhering to compliance standards such as SOC 2 and HIPAA. The position is crucial for maintaining high availability and performance within our data center and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama settings
• Configure F5 BIG-IP LTM for application load balancing
• Manage Ubiquiti UniFi networks across office locations
• Implement network segmentation and zero-trust access strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in network monitoring and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
• Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks and F5 BIG-IP
• Familiarity with NGINX and DNS management
• Capability to analyze packets with tools like Wireshark
