As a Program Manager in Edmonton’s Planning and Workplace Services Branch, you will play a pivotal role in implementing climate resilience and energy efficiency projects. Reporting to the General Supervisor, you will manage multifaceted programs while fostering collaboration among your multidisciplinary team. Your leadership will ensure alignment with top municipal priorities, promoting community engagement and behavioral shifts towards sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive high-impact projects aligned with climate strategies
• Oversee complex initiatives, including Clean Energy Improvement Program
• Manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• Seven years of program management experience
• Experience in environmental and sustainability sectors
