Job Description
Insight Global is seeking three Staff Backend Software Engineers for a enterprise client leading asset management. This candidate will help transform the end-to-end asset lifecycle process, from asset intake and inspection through refurbishment, title verification, and resale. The ideal candidate will build and leverage AI technologies to automate current processes.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of Java and/or Kotlin development experience

Expertise with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)

Experience building reusable AI tools and platforms

Proven experience designing and driving enterprise-scale, distributed system architectures, making strategic technology decisions, and leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable,

secure, and highly available solutions.

Experience working with Claude and Microsoft Copilot

Robust AWS cloud experience

PostgreSQL experience

Kafka experience

Experience modernising legacy applications and systems
