In this full-time role, you will become a vital part of Kinark's mission to aid children and youth facing complex mental health challenges. As a key member of the clinical team, your responsibilities will include performing psychosocial assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and developing safety plans for high-risk youth. Collaborating with families and external partners will enhance coordinated care in a secure treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Provide individual and group psychotherapeutic interventions




• Develop and implement safety plans for youth
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Conduct trainings for interdisciplinary staff

Requirements:
• MSW and eligibility for OCSWSSW registration
• 2+ years' experience in children’s mental health
• Proven skills in therapy and counseling
• Familiarity with residential treatment settings
• Strong case management and communication abilities
