Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement major gift solicitation strategies
• Secure funding that aligns with Faculty and University missions
• Collaborate with leadership to define fundraising proposals




• Mentor staff in effective gift tracking and reporting
• Attend and organize strategic donor events and meetings

Requirements:
• Degree plus 5 years relevant experience in fundraising
• Proven success in higher education fundraising
• Knowledge of tax laws and gift agreements
• Experience with project management in complex environments
• CFRE designation advantageous
