Join Six Nations of the Grand River as a Maintenance Lead, supervising a team focused on cleanliness and upkeep of vital facilities. This role includes flexible hours to accommodate seasonal demands.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will direct operations and ensure that all buildings and grounds are maintained properly. This full time position offers you the opportunity to lead a maintenance team while collaborating with the Social Services Executive Administrator to implement effective scheduling and safety measures across facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise, and inspect all maintenance work
• Develop schedules and report on facility needs
• Conduct performance assessments for maintenance staff




• Maintain compliance with health regulations and document activities
• Support event set up and tear down as necessary

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in trade or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of facilities management systems
• Valid class G Ontario driver’s license required
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential
• Up to date immunization required

Lead operations in support of community safety and facility maintenance.
