As a Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and work closely with installation teams. Your role includes upholding Health & Safety standards while managing the customer experience effectively. Robust IT skills for compliance reporting and documentation are essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise insulation installations, ensuring compliance
• Manage site activities and subcontractor coordination
• Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings
• Monitor project progress and adherence to targets
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
Requirements:
• Hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Experience in site management, especially in insulation
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Excellent IT and organizational skills
• Proven ability in customer management
