Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Health Care Social Worker B (Bachelors) for Central Intake in Mental Health & Addictions. You will coordinate centralized intake, conduct risk assessments, perform clinical triage, provide brief counselling and psychoeducation, and link clients to resources.
You will build relationships with community providers and act as a liaison to ensure timely access to services.
