This role involves a variety of tasks, from greeting patrons to addressing any escalated concerns. As an essential part of our event staff, you will help ensure the venue’s positive setting while overseeing safety protocols. Your proactive approach will facilitate smooth operations during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival
• Ensure all access points are secured as needed
• Perform routine checks for any safety issues
• Handle emergency situations with professionalism
• Uphold OVG's service standards and policies
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario SmartServe certification required
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• High level of professionalism in demeanor
• Flexibility for early and late event shifts
• Strong attention to detail in all duties
