We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build highly scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions within our core banking platform.About the Role:You will work in a cross-functional engineering team focused on enhancing a distributed microservices-based system that processes high volumes of financial transactions.Responsibilities:Design and deliver high-quality features and enhancementsOwn end-to-end delivery of large features (3+ month initiatives)Participate in sprint planning and provide accurate estimatesBuild secure and scalable distributed systemsOptimize system performance to meet SLAsMentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practicesQualifications:7+ years of software development experienceStrong experience with microservices architecture & distributed systemsExperience with Docker / container-based systemsStrong proficiency in Python (preferred)
