Position Overview:
As the Bar Manager, you will support, standardize, and elevate day-to-day bar operations across all outlets. This posting is for acurrently existing vacancy. You will lead the development of beverage programs and menus with a strong focus on brand values, consistency, and profitability—while partnering closely with operational leaders and bar teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular meaningful time spent behind bars during service (50% of working hours)




Feature cocktails/programs in alignment with partnerships
Build brand relationships to maximize support
Consolidate purchasing/ordering of liquor, beer and wine
Manage inventory levels, tracking missing product and waste
Manage Bar Prep/Cocktail Lab
Lead tastings, menu rollouts
Ongoing training/support of bar teams to maintain standards
Hands-on leader who earns credibility by working service alongside bar teams
Passionate about beverage programs, while grounded in cost control and operational reality
Creative thinker who understands that innovation must align with brand and profitability
Strong relationship-builder with suppliers, brand partners, and internal teams
Disciplined with inventory, ordering, and waste management
Comfortable training and retraining to maintain standards across multiple outlets
Entrepreneurial mindset. Treats the beverage program as a business within the business
Leads by example and is not afraid of physical, hands-on work
Curious, humble, and open to feedback
