You will be responsible for analyzing member feedback and operational data to inform the organization about customer experience health. Your expert recommendations will focus on improving customer-centric practices throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze member feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Produce actionable reports from survey and operational data
• Develop strategies to enhance customer-centricity
• Measure the impact of customer experience initiatives
• Collaborate to ensure governance of customer experience practices
Requirements:
• University degree in marketing, analytics, or related field
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Qualtrics or similar tools
• Knowledge of insurance and financial services
• Advanced French proficiency
