Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with colleagues to determine team goals
• Educate patients about physiotherapy interventions
• Supervise clinical students and support staff
• Evaluate and improve service effectiveness
Requirements:
• Accredited Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Membership in the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists
• Current BCLS certification
• Demonstrated teamwork and planning skills
• Interest in program development and patient education
