Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and coordinating research studies
• Prepare submissions to Research Ethics Boards
• Manage data collection and analysis processes
• Recruit study participants and conduct interviews
• Maintain study documentation per guidelines
Requirements:
• Master's degree in healthcare-related discipline
• Minimum three years of clinical research experience
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience using REDCap and Microsoft Office tools
