Our Specialized Skilled Trades Division in the GTA is rapidly expanding, and we are investing in a Staffing Consultant to drive business development and recruitment across this high-demand market. What you get to do: Identify client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
Develop robust relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person
Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technical talent
What you need to bring: 1+ years of sales, business development, and full-cycle recruitment experience within the staffing industry
Direct, hands-on experience recruiting or selling within the Skilled Trades market
Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
Reliable access to a personal vehicle to visit client sites across the GTA, as many locations are in areas where public transportation is not available

Pay Rate: $ 55,000 - $ 105,000 Annually
The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including, as applicable, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
