Drive operational excellence as the AVOP Program Administrator with Greater Toronto Airports Authority. Your role will ensure compliance and efficiency within the Airside Vehicle Operator Program.

Reporting to the AVOP Manager, your responsibilities will include reviewing AVOP correspondences, overseeing infractions, and coordinating with Airside Safety personnel. This dynamic position requires a solid understanding of aviation regulations and effective communication skills to maintain documentation and support airside safety protocols at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain documentation and follow up on infractions
• Coordinate safety incident reports with Airside Officers




• Analyze data relating to AVOP oversight
• Compile reports and draft correspondence for management
• Administer AVOP written examinations

Requirements:
• 3 years in a regulated aviation environment
• 5 years in airport or airline operations
• Valid Provincial Driver’s License (class G)
• AVOP permit with clean history
• Secondary school or relevant aviation experience
