Key Responsibilities:
• Lead contract management services across the region
• Drive quality management activities and risk assessments
• Support contract administration and financial oversight




• Coach and mentor project teams on best practices
• Represent DCC at industry and stakeholder events

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience
• Experience with P3 and major infrastructure contracts
• Knowledge of project delivery and risk management
• Bilingual in English and French
• Robust communication and strategic planning skills
