The Role and Your Impact
Responsibilities

Coordinating production activities;

Ensuring the efficient use of labor and equipment;

Taking actions to achieve operational efficiency targets;

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations;

Monitoring and improving departmental performance and productivity;

Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations;

Implementing and ensuring compliance with HACCP and SQF programs;

Participating in continuous improvement committees and initiatives.

Your Qualifications And Strengths





2 to 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment (unionized environment considered an asset), or equivalent experience;

Education in administration, production management, or human resources/personnel management is considered an asset;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel);

Ability to build and maintain strong professional and interpersonal relationships;

Strong communication and listening skills;

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;

Strong planning and organizational skills;

Demonstrates a high level of qualified ethics and integrity.
