You will be working with CNC machinery, grinding gear teeth to exact specifications, and maintaining production quality. Collaboration with Quality and supervision will ensure that every component aligns with tight tolerances and demanding standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC gear-grinding machinery
• Review engineering drawings and job documentation
• Load and align components for grinding




• Use inspection methods to verify part dimensions
• Document production and calibration accurately

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in gear-manufacturing
• Experience with CNC gear-grinding equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of gearing
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Journeyperson certification in machining trades preferred
