As a coach at WLAC, you will lead athletes in training for various track and field events. You will develop individualized training plans and ensure athletes are mentally and physically prepared for competitions. Join a community that values growth and inclusivity in sports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored training plans for all track disciplines
• Mentor athletes on techniques in jumps, throws, and more
• Facilitate training sessions focused on skill enhancement
• Prepare athletes for local to provincial competitions
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated coaches

Requirements:
• Coaching experience in track and field is a plus
• Knowledge of training methods for diverse events
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills
• Capacity to engage with athletes across all ages
• Passion for athletics and youth development
