Become an essential part of APL's Mobile Collections team as an Administrative Support III in Windermere. You will play a vital role in scheduling collection appointments for patients.

This role demands advanced administrative skills to support a rewarding work environment for elderly and medically vulnerable patients. Your proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, along with robust client service abilities, will drive effective patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule patient appointments for mobile collection services
• Perform accurate data entry and administrative duties
• Engage with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Support team operations through effective communication
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Proficiency in data entry with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varying duties and responsibilities
• Medical Office Assistant certification can be beneficial
