Join our client's SAP ERP transformation as an ERP Change Management Specialist through a contract role. Engage in process analysis and stakeholder management until the end of 2026.

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced professional to assist in their SAP ERP transformation efforts. The role will involve in-depth process mapping and active engagement with stakeholders across critical processes such as Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Budget. Your ability to manage change activities effectively will shape the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and map current-state ERP processes
• Lead stakeholder workshops and validation activities
• Develop and manage change impact and readiness assessments




• Construct effective communication and training strategies
• Ensure comprehensive stakeholder management and documentation

Requirements:
• 5+ years in change management roles
• Solid background in ERP systems and process mapping
• Effective stakeholder engagement and documentation abilities
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or municipal work preferred
• Prosci or CCMP certification is a plus
