Develop and present tailored transportation solutions and proposals
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals
Manage and maintain client relationships with limited account management focus
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution
Successful candidates will have: Demonstrate 5-10 years of B2B transportation or logistics sales experience
Possess strong hunter mentality with a focus on net-recent revenue generation
Show expertise in intermodal, LTL, and full truckload services
Exhibit strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Be comfortable with CRM systems and outbound prospecting strategies
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required,



as the role involves regular travel to customer and client locations.
