Marino’s Auto Group is searching for an attentive Junior Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will manage daily entries, oversee the weekly payment cycle, and reconcile accounts. We're looking for someone with initiative and a keen eye for detail to aid in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support accounts payable and receivable duties
• Manage the weekly payment cycle efficiently
• Perform daily data entry of transactions
• Reconcile credit card expenses and tickets
• Assist with end-of-month accounting reports

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant experience in professional services (asset)
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills
