As the Children's Site Lead at BGC Albion, you will coordinate engaging after-school activities for children aged 4-12. Your role involves collaborating with local schools, implementing program plans, and evaluating program effectiveness. You'll also lead a team of after-school staff to ensure a supportive and enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and deliver after-school programs in community schools
• Oversee and support program workers and volunteers
• Liaise with parents and maintain clear communication
• Maintain budgets and adhere to funding guidelines
• Prepare reports and manage participant registration
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Proven skills in program design and evaluation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience supervising a team
• Knowledge of the Rexdale community is advantageous
